Guarantee

All ONEWAY manufactured products are backed by a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the "Manufacturers Warranty" provided with the product.

Any non-manufactured parts (like bearings, drives, wheels etc.) are not covered under this Warranty.

ONEWAY hereby agrees to repair or replace, any defects due to faulty material or workmanship, provided that:

• The warranty period has not elapsed. Proof of purchase date (sales receipt etc.) is required prior to any repair taking place.
  
• The product has not been altered or modified in any way.
  
• The product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, or was not used strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
  
• Transportation costs incurred in returning the product to ONEWAY Manufacturing are pre-paid by the customer.
  
• This warranty does not cover any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from the operation of this product.
  
• No other guarantee, written or verbal, is authorized by ONEWAY Manufacturing.
  

ONEWAY Lathes are warranted against manufacturer's defects for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase.  This warranty covers the machine from "end to end".  This includes: the motor, drive, switches, bearings, belt, castings, machine base.  This warranty does not cover against electrical surges, abuse, neglect, asteroids crashing into, "Acts of God", or use beyond the 'normal" applications of a woodturning lathe.  This warranty is applicable to machines originally purchased after 1/1/2025.

The procedure for warranty claims is the same as stated above for our other products.

Our policy is one of continuous improvement.  We build legacies, not throw-aways.

We therefore reserve the right to change the specification and/or design without notice.
